Quform Create Custom Post Type with Custom Taxonomies

I need the Quform to make new post types with custom taxonomies names selected from a Dropdown list or from CheckBoxes.

For Example I have the custom post type : Item
and the custom taxonomies:
Item Location (with europe, US, asia)
Item Value (0-100, 101-500, 501-1000, >1000)
Item Currency (euro, usd, other)

What I need is that the quform will get the list of hierarchical taxonomies (‘hierarchical’ => true,) , they are selected in the quform and when the form is posted it creates a new post in the Item post type and add it to all the categories based on the user selection.

I hope I was clear with the targeted specs.
Any help will be appreciated.
