Quform disabling other page actions

When I have quform enabled the vertical accordion menu stops working, as seen here :

However, when I delete or deactivate the form, everything is back to normal, as seen here :

http://capeoplesearch.com/?page_id=673

Can you help me trouble shoot this problem?
