QuForm Entries not displaying or emailing notifications

I think with the new wordpress update my quforms malfunctioned. I can see that there are new entries on the quform dashboard. When I click on view entries it forwards to a blank screen. Also I am not getting notifications when someone fills out the form. Please advise.
