Quform “Fatal Error”

Hello,
we have a problem with the plugin that causes a “Fatal Error” preventing the display of the site from the frontend.

Attached you can find the error screen, by deactivating the plugin the error disappears (but obviously all the forms also disappear).

Any suggestions to fix the error?

The problem currently appears whenever you try to submit a form through Quform, such as from this link:
