QuForm Form Builder Doesn't Appear on the WordPress Backend after the Update.

Hi,

I can’t see the forms at the backend of my WordPress site after I updated the form to latest version. I moved the site to the new server and added the purchased code to verify the pro form that I bought again. But when I wanted to edit the forms that I have, I can’t see the forms at all, they just disappear. Please help.
