Hi Guys – I wonder if you can help…
When I use my clients email address to send the data from the qufrom – the email never arrives to my clients email address (its not in the inbox or the spam/junk). When testing of the form I have used my personal and work email address and the data arrives without a problem. Is there any way I can see why the email is never arriving? I have spoken to my clients email host and they have told me there is nothing they can do and they have added the website server to the whitelist…
Im a little stuck with what I can try and wondered if you guys might be able to help me out if possible?
Cheers

Thank for the info link – based on that information….
the clientwebsite DNS records point the following A records to:
mail.clientwebsite.com. A 123.4.56.789
mailserver.clientwebsite.com. A 123.4.56.789the clientwebsite DNS records point the following MX records to:
clientwebsite.com. MX (10) mail.clientwebsite.com.
clientwebsite.com. MX (20) mailserver.clientwebsite.com.Should I change my MX records to point to the clients mail server – substituting ‘mail.clientwebsite.com.’ and ‘mailserver.clientwebsite.com’ MX records to the IP address ‘123.4.56.789’
Thanks again
