Hi,
We have purchased and using the forms plugin on the contact page and the remaining pages on the “Roansolutions.com” website.
To reduce spam mails we are trying to block keywords like “viagra, sex” for the forms.
To get this we have set up the following options message file>advanced>validators and added the “prevent duplicate option” for the keywords viagra and sex. We have followed the same setup for all the forms but it was working for some forms but not for all forms. Please see the attached working form screenshot,not working form screenshot and let us how to block keywords like viagra and sex for all the forms?

We have tried with the array option but it was working only for a single word consists of the viagra word but it was not working when a message consists of the viagra keyword. Please review the screenshot and let us know the solution for this.
we want to ban viagra word from any message.

Hi,

Yesterday we have followed your instructions and configured the settings to ban the keywords to the forms.
When we initially set up and test it was working but after a few hours, it was not working. Please let us know what was the issue and how to solve it?
Please let us know the proper option to ban keywords like viagra and sex messages to reduce spam.
