Quform not working in one instance.

I have multiple forms on a site http://studyuppercanada.ca/how-to-apply/
But the one that is really long has crashed, it did work before. Now the page just goes blank with a “0”
Can forms get too long, is this a database issue? The short forms work fine. I can you give log in credentials if req’d, any help i’d be grateful thanks. Justin.
