Quform not working properly in IE 9 and IE 10

I am facing an issue with Quform checkboxes where i am not able to check any of choices (in my case it is gender with Male/Female) option. this checkbox is working properly in another browser such as chrome and firefox

thank you disabling uniform solved the issue, actually what i have noticed is that when i use “File Upload” is the form this issue appears.
