Quform PHP – three rotating bars after version upgrade

Just updated to the latest version of the Quform – PHP Responsive Ajax Contact Form version (previous version we were using was throwing errors for obsolete functions after a server PHP upgrade to PHP 8.1).

Have uploaded the new Quform files and modified the process.php file with all the settings that we previously had configured in the old process.php file.

Have also altered the <script type=”text/javascript” src=”quform/js/jquery-3.5.1.min.js”></script> on the web page as well.

Now when clicking on the “Send” button we just get 3 bars repeatedly rotating but none of the details entered on the form get emailed/sent.

Can’t see any obvious errors or messages.

Any idea what needs changing to get the form sending details again correctly?
