If I put a file upload field on the popup quform that gets shown when the “Now hiring bloggers” is selected at the top right, then the form fails to submit. If I remove the file upload field then it works again. What are some reasons this could happen? Even if it’s not even required just having the file upload field there causes the form to not submit.

The problem only occurs when the form is in a popup.
