Quform + Twitter Bootstrap

Hello,

I tried to use the form on the new website that I built which is based on twitter bootstrap.
The plugin works as it should and I can send all emails ok however the problem I have is that datepicker button does not appear – therefore I cannot select a date.

Is this plugin compatible with Twitter bootstrap at all?
I would appreciate some help how to get a date picker.

I am also having this problem and when i select a date, it does not populate the Month Day and Year fields.
