We recently upgraded to Quform 1.7.1 and ever since then when we try to add an element to a form, it tells us ‘Error adding the element’. We have tried on existing forms as well as creating a new form but the results are the same. We have tried different elements, and per your recommendations have disabled plugins to try and troubleshoot, but the results are the same. What are our options to get this back up and working? The forms themselves that are live are working correctly as far as we can tell, but we need to make some minor updates.
