QUForms — How

I am trying to add a background image onto my QUForm via a CSS background image method, but am having some trouble.

I would like for it to fill the area behind the textboxes, etc.

Which CSS Selector name should be used to be able to do this, and is this all that needs to be done in order to be able to add this background image ?

this is the CSS that I am trying to use for loading this image
background-image: url(http://newamerican.wellaway.com/develop/wp-content/uploads/revslider/main-home/AdobeStock_72115407.jpeg) top left no-repeat;
