RADIO BUTTON HIDE INPUT

I am using the Radio Button element with my own image(s) when selected and unselected, see image 1.

In the Element Settings > Style > Options Style – I have selected “Hide Input” from the dropdown field. However the Input (small circle) is not hidden.

I would like to remove the small circle in the top left corner so that it looks like image 2 and image 3 when selected and unselected.

Can you please help?

I have added the suggested code to the Custom CSS settings. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem.

Any other ideas on how to fix this?
