Radio button shown as hide input but selected as default

Hi there,
We use qform for WordPress and we have issue with the radio buttons. On all forms radio buttons style is set as default but they are shown as hide input. We do not see the circle for the values. We update the plugin but nothing is changed.
We need to resolve this asap

Sorry for the late response. In conversation with support we solved the issue with this code:

.quform input[type=”checkbox”],
.quform input[type=”radio”] {
width: 1.5em;
}
