Radio buttons not showing checked

I’m having a conflict with my theme on this site. http://pavepro.com/careers/application-form/ . My radio buttons are not showing when they are selected. Checkboxes work correctly. The div class changes to radio focus so it is recording the selection but the span is not changing to the “checked” class correctly so the user cannot see what is selected. Any thoughts?
