Random styles being applied to "group-elements" wrap

I haven’t applied any individual styling to any sections of my form, but on the last page reload one of the groups in my form has a background-color style applied inline (see attached screenshot).

I tried applying a style in the form editor to override it, but it didn’t work. Really odd. Anyone have this problem?

This plugin’s glitches are slowly coming to the surface the more I use it. A shame after paying for it.
