Recaptcha Not Working

I upgraded from 2.1 to the latest version and now Recaptcha is no longer visible on the form. I created a new set of keys at google to see if that would make a difference and it does not. The page I am referencing is http://www.churroholic.com/careers/. Also, see attached file to see where it should be appearing on page. Any ideas? Is there a bug in plugin update?
