Hello everybody,
I have a problem with an Form. There is an File Upload filed, where the user can (not required) upload his CV for a job, but ocasionally, it won’t work and the message shows, that it was recognized as SPAM. I tried a few files, a few worked, a few didn’t. All of them were .pdf’s.
The message comes from Recapcha and not from the upload field. I looked into the tranlations of the upload field and none of them is the same with the one we get. It’s not about the file type, not about the size, or anything, it specifically says SPAM. So there is not a problem with the upload field but with the Recapcha.
I deleted the Recaptcha V3 field temporarily and it it worked for every file. We recived a few messages from clients, that they couldn’t send the form, because of this problem.
This is one of the files that won’t work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wxaPfK4PMRfhNYvIt6Q4WyanRUqYfiy4/view?usp=sharing
The website is: https://oktoberfestzuerich-oberland.ch/jobs/
Right now, I deleted the Recaptcha V3 Field from the form, so now it works for all files, but I need to know why this happens and why it it doesn’t happen for all files, but only for a few.
