Sending via MailgunI have two forms set-up, one is a Contact Us form and all seems well with that one. The other is a Feedback form where visitors can send in testimonials.
On the page the form is hidden until the visitor click on a checkbox. They then fill out several fields, all of which are required. There is a hidden reCAPTCHA.
When I click send without filling out any fields I get the error messages that the fields are required. When I complete the form and send it, then all goes as planned and I get the message.
However, I am receiving blank messages from this form. It looks to have some basic HTML markup in it. That’s all.
I’d appreciate it if anyone had any ideas why I was receiving these blank emails and how to fix it.
Many thanks.

ParticipantHi Ally,
Thanks for responding. I had expected to get an email alert letting me know that you’d responded however nothing came through. I’ve checked my spam folders but nothing there either.
I’ve now white listed themecatcher.net, so all being well I’ll get them now. If that’s not the correct domain to white list then please let me know.
I had checked for the {all_form_data} in each notification and they are both there. The thing is, both my client and myself (admin) get these blank emails. We’ve had 6 in the last 6 days.
Given that it’s going to be much easier for you to check the settings then us going back and forward on here, I’ll create a log-in for you and send it over.
Would seeing the email headers of the blank message be of any help?
Cheers,
Nic.

ParticipantHi Ally,
I realised that I hadn’t heard back from you so came here to check. Turns out you responded several days ago. Which is great.
However I didn’t receive any emails notifying me that you had responded. Is there something I need to do to set up notifications from this site?
I’ll look out the headers and source code and send them over.
Cheers,
Nic.
