Receiving error messages inside notification and autoreply emails

I just updated all my files and forms to include the new scripts for Quform, and now I’m getting the following notification inside my emails with this:

QUFORM_HTMLSPECIALCHARS_DOUBLE_ENCODE – assumed ‘QUFORM_HTMLSPECIALCHARS_DOUBLE_ENCODE’ in C:\webs\headwaycorp.com\scripts\quform\lib\Quform.php on line 177
