We have a issue with the Quform – we can not figure it out as it is working 9 out of 10 times so it is not the server.
With some type of email addresses we do not seem to receive the filled out forms in our email in box. and the remain stuck in the ENTRIES. Some even dont arrive in ENTRIES as well.
In particular email addresses that are company addresses or icloud.com or t-online.de and not the most common type of address.
However we receive it into the backend in ENTRIES – so that is weird it seems to be stuck there and being forwarded to our email address.
Like we mention this happens once in a while.
It is a problem as we do not know when people book with us – some do email us to inform us they just booked to make sure we receive them. Others simply think we dont answer. So that is bad for our business.
