I just installed Quform, using the SMTP option. I initially had problems (getting “fatal error”) because I tried using the gmail smtp (as in your example). When I switched to an email account on my host’s server, the form worked!
However, it works too well now. When I fill out the form and click submit, the recipient receives two identical emails. I can’t find anything in the documentation, troubleshooting or forums to assist.
