Redirect depending on value

Hello,

I would like to redirect the user upon submit depending on the values, it redirects to a certain page.

Example:
Dropdwon with values: A, B and C
Dropdown with values: 1, 2 and C

If, value A and 1 selected, upon submit redirect to http://www.example1.com
if, value B and 2 selected, upon submit redirect to http://www.example2.com
