redirect page problem

hello,

after a form submitted page needs to be redirected. but it doesnt work. i choosed “redirect to another page” under “successful submit options” but still no action. after submit action i see text that i write in “display a message” field. please help me about this.

same form works in lightbox at home page but doesnt work in page (outside of lightbox)
