Redirect URL to open in new window

I created forms as a method to collect user contact information before downloading a PDF file from our webpage.

Once a user successfully completes their information in the form, they hit the Download button (renamed from the default Send), and are automatically redirected to a new URL (the pdf file).

Is there any way to open the URL in a new window?

Ideally I would like the user to stay on our webpage, and in addition, have the pdf file open in a new browser window.
