Referring URL not showing up in all Entries

The Referring URL shows up in most, but not all forms filled out for our catalog request. The Form URL is showing up in all. We are doing some intense analytics and this minor bug getting fixed would help a lot. http://www.welproma.com Thanks. Amazing plugin.
