Refreshing Form to remove display of previously selected options

Is there a way set an automatic refresh of the form so that when the person filling it out the form selects the wrong radio button, the parts of the form which are conditionally set to appear with that radio button disappear {i.e. the form s refreshed) when they select another radio button.
