Require unique input value radio button

Dear team,

I was wondering if you could help me out with the following feature. I have the following subscription form:

In the form there is a section where I let people give a first and a second choice (see attachment). This is the part: “Eerste voorkeur vertreklocatie” and “Tweede voorkeur vertreklocatie”. What I would like is that these values are unique, so that it is not possible to select for example “Amsterdam” twice. So disable the second radio button if the value is already selected in the first field.

I hope you could help me out with this! Lot’s of thanks in advance!
