Required field missing from settings for name field

Hi Ally,

I am using parts ie mr, mrs in a name field and can find no settings for required. Other than for the parts.
Please see screenshots.

Hi thanks Ally so if you wanted a name field without the parts you could not make it required? I am guessing to get around this you would just use a text field? Thanks
