Responsive fields

Hello,

after creating a form and publish it on the homepage, I found the form is not responsive.
on small screens (desktop or small laptops), the fields stays big.

how can I solve this issue?

thanks for your quick answer.
as you can see on the attach image, the fields are not becoming smaller and the submit button is missing.
on smaller screens some of the fields also cutoff.
