Result of tests and surveys form

I want to create tests and surveys using a form.
On the last page, I want to display the results – the total amount.
The fields that need to be counted can be radio (one choice among many) or multiple choices via a select boxes.
How can I do this?
And how can I write, “You got X correct answers out of Y”?
