Retrieve data from a submitted form

Hello there ! I have a form that get submitted by the website managers with an ID of each form submitted (it’ s a request status form ID + name of the person + his ID card number + status of his request (approved/Denied).
Is there any possibility to create a public page in my website for the public to enter the ID card number and then retrieve the status of their request (approved/denied) ?

Hello everyone
I managed to send the submitted form to a specific database using the database feature in Quform.
I’m now stuck on how to retrieve those data from a searching form to display in them in kind of a table or into textboxes in a safe secured way (away from hackers)
