ParticipantWe have the Quform up and running but encountered a few display issues below. I have sent you an email for the issues below at ‘info@themecatcher.net’ but I have not received a response. Therefore, I am re-posting on here hoping for a reply.
The Quform is currently live on our front page at https://vietnaminbound.com (as lead capture tool) and is the first thing that people see. We have 3 display issues below:
1. Safari Display Issue: The form display fine on Google Chrome and Firefox; but the display of the multiple choice dropdown field is not displaying properly on Safari on desktop (On safari on mobile and tablets it works fine). (See attached screenshot – on safari it restore to default dropdown formatting). How can we fix it so the display looks standard across different browser?
2. Misaligned Fields / Unequal heights between the fields: I refer to the screenshot attached of the chrome display; where the height of the first field (“Where do you want to go” / Multiple Choice Dropdown) is not the same height as the other two fields of the enhanced datepicker. This gives a misalignment and it makes it looks unprofessional. Are there anyway we can make the heights of these fields to be the same?
3. Confirmation text display issue: For the confirmation text in the end, the width of the confirmation text wrapper does not change with the screensize. On laptop it displays fine, but on mobile and tablet, the confirmation text always go out of frame (and the automatic line break don’t seem to work); the confirmation text is therefore never be shown in full on Phone or Tablet as it is always cut-off by the screen. Are there anyway we can make the width of the confirmation text dynamic with the screensize (e.g. in terms of a %) so the text is always wrapped in the screen?
