We’re having reports that the form is timing out before being sent. This does not happen every time, could it be down to the length of answers some users give i.e. too long to process? We wondered whether there was the ability to put safe guard in place whereby if the form does not send, the user has the ability to save the content as PDF and submit by email. Is this possible? If not, can you advise on a suitable alternative?
