Save value through settings,form,database

Hi,
I am sending an image of what I want to do:
i want to save in field (1) the value of (2) what is a value of one option of a checkbox field.
I remember that is part of an array but I don’t know how to access the specific value.

You are very kind. This works fine with your observation.
Is there any way to save the values even though there are not selected? with a Null value, for example?
or save in the order they have been selected?
