Screen jags, page wont scroll down

Hi, im having an issue where my screen jaggs when i try to scroll down with my side bar using this theme. Odly, it only happens to one of my categories.

I tested it using 1390 x 960 resolution in IE

Go to http://www.jkml.com.au/?page_id=42 and select ‘recent development..’ from the filter category.
If you are previewing from a 1390 x 960 resolution, you should experience the jag when you try to scroll downwards.

This poses a big problem for me as users arent able to click through to the “Read More” section to view my project.

Please help.
