Scroll Bar not working in portfolio

Hi guys, i think there is a bug with the storm theme. If you try to view my folio items after you’ve resized the window (about 1062px x 678px), the scroll bar doesnt work.

To try this scenario, please visit my site and resize your window smaller and filter the folio items to display Recent Development. Then try to scroll down and hit read more.
