Scrolling offset sticky header

Hi Ally,

I tried to record my screen to show you that my form is not scrolling high enough to show me which mandatory field I missed.

Is there a way that I can add scrolling offset or something to tell my form to scroll even higher in case of mandatory fields which need to be filled in?
