Send a copy of the email to the form user

I’m seeing really old posts for this question on how to Send a copy of the email to the form user. But nothing for QuForm2. I need to send the person who filled out form a copy of form and I also need to include a link in that copy so they can register for a class via that link. How do I do this? If I can’t both send a copy of the form and add that link could I just send a auto-response email from QuForm (once form is submitted) and have the link in that email?
