Send copy to the form submitter

is it possible to automatically send an copy of the whole form to the form submitter, if he agrees?

but now i have a another problem, which i’ve only just noticed… (sorry..)
there is basically no email sent, even if i tick the checkbox to send the whole form to my email address.
that means i can’t say if the “send copy to form submitter” even works, because no emails will be sent generally.
i only can see new messages in wordpress admin area.

can you understand?
i don’t think thats a problem of the form. it’s more a problem of the server i use.
maybe you have an idea how to solve it?
