send data form in pdf

I have to do an online form in WordPress site. Data entered should be returned to the user (either by email or downloadable from the same page) one file (maybe 2) in pdf.

Right now, the form template installed on the WP is QUFORM
but to the subject of pdf, surely I need or a supplement or another plugin.

Quform can help me?
