Send email after Form is deactivated (especially by quform-max-form-submissions)

Is it possible to include the possibility that form sends email when there are:
1. certain number of entries
2. when form is being deactivated or
3. When the quform-max-form-submissions deactivates form
4. In every entry sent by email there is an information that this is the (number)th entry in this form

The second part “To send an email when quform-max-form-submissions deactivates the form…” works perfectly
but the {entry_count} and plugin (or insert in functions.php ) does not. I still see {entry_count} in the notification.
I have even checked all options from here
