Server Error message

Hi I have just changed my hosting provider and had my site migrated but now I am getting this error message.

There was a problem Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@sographics.co.uk and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

THIS IS WHAT MY HOSTING PROVIDER IS SAYING.

I think this is a PHP error as follows:

sorry if i remove that line from what file?

They said they did this: I’ve renamed your php.ini in your public_html so your site will use the server default.

now I am getting this error:
