Server IO error

While uploading a file I’m getting Server IO error. Kindly help me.

There is no http authentication or coming soon plugin. But I’ve enable these plugins:Contact Form Plugin, Disable wpautop, Exclude Pages from Navigation, Page Links To, Pullout Widgets and WP CSS Dropdown Menu along with Quform. I disabled “Flash uploader” also but it didn’t work.

I’m hosting the website in Linux. The url is http://atasglobal.com/test/candidate-form/
I request you to take a look and guide me.

Currently I’m not getting IO error, but getting a different error.
I’ve attached the screenshot of the same. Kindly guide me.
