Set custom form action?

Hi, I am trying to use quform to allow a client to submit data and then I need to display that data on a custom template. Is it possible to add actions to the form so that the data is saved to the database and also sent to my custom script? Would you mind suggestion other ways to achieve my goal? Thank you.
