Set dynamic minimum date value

Hi,
i have to set a minimun date value based on the date of another date field. The second date field minimum value, should be the date entered in the first date field.
Is there a way to get this?
Instead of a minimum value could be good to have a default dynamic value in the second date field, that is equal to the first date field value entered.
