Set value to field depending on value other field

Is it possible to set the value of several fields to Yes if a prior field is set to yes

We need this for a checklist so for example we have 4 things to check and the is a question before these 4 items if this question is answered with yes the other 4 items must be set to yes, is the first question is answered with no the 4 questions need to be answered as well

Hope somebody has a solution

on every section there is a status all OK if this field is ticked all answers of other questions in this section should be set to YES.

thanks for the quick reply! The information is very clear. I have another question concerning this, Is there a way to undo this action ,not clear the whole form but just 1 section
