Several Styling Problems

Hello.
I hve a website: http://market24.news.com and i integrate 1 form on several pages/widget

I include 2 screenshots for describing my questions:

1. How can i decrease a font in label. its very big
2. Can i center verticaly the label in text area?
3. How can i change the label color to black?
4. Are it possible to center the submit button
5. Can i set some styling to the submit button like increase it, increase font and change background and font color.
